Falcon Group completed another office building project in League City. As Developer, General Contractor and Asset Manager, Falcon Group built a 106,000-sf, six-story building with underground parking. This project also overlooks South Shore Harbour and is a poured-in-place concrete structure with Class A interior finishes. It completed in 1992 at a cost of $10.5 million.
