On a seven-month fast-track schedule, Falcon Group served as Design Builder/General Contractor and completed the $5.1 million laboratory in 1997. Located in Sugar Land, Texas, this building is a 39,000-sf tilt-up concrete laboratory and office building that is built-out with complex mechanical systems and 48 fume hoods. The project received an Award for Project Excellence - Best Laboratory Project 1998 by the Associated General Contractors of America.
