CENTRAL CITY INDUSTRIAL PARK

HOUSTON, TEXAS

Falcon Group provided project management for the Houston, Texas, project in 1992 at a value of $15 million. The Central City Industrial Park involved the redeployment of the original Hughes Tools Industrial Plant - 1,150,000 sf and 85 acres of demolition, construction of 12 structures, refurbishment of 22 existing buildings, conversion of a single plant infrastructure into a stand-alone, independent facility.
